Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for digital products and services within the Rank application are non-refundable, except in the following case:

  • If a transaction fails due to a server error caused by the bank or payment gateway provider, users may request a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refunds will not be provided under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases

This policy is in place due to the extensive effort and resources invested in creating, curating, and maintaining high-quality educational content.

Cancellation Policy

Not Applicable

As Rank provides digital educational content and services that are instantly accessible upon purchase or registration, order cancellation is not applicable.

Once a payment is successfully processed, the service is immediately activated, and cancellation cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Policy

Not Applicable

Rank does not offer physical products, and thus no shipping or delivery is involved.

All content, including question papers, quizzes, and AI-based services, is delivered digitally via the Rank app.

By using the Rank app, you acknowledge and agree to the above Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these policies, please refrain from making purchases or using the app’s services.
